These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the HearOver® website (the “Site”), operated by Houcine BEL Limited and managed by Nizar Ventures LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any other policies referenced on the Site.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use the Site.

The Site is managed and administered on behalf of Houcine BEL Limited by Nizar Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

HearOver® products are offered to customers in the United States and other markets where our products and delivery services are available.

3. Site Access

We aim to keep the Site available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that access to the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Access may be temporarily suspended, restricted or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security concerns, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its normal operation, security or availability.

HearOver® and associated branding may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, published or commercially exploited without prior authorization from the applicable rights holder, except where permitted by law.

You may access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with browsing or purchasing our products.

6. User-Submitted Content

The Site may allow customers or visitors to submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback or other content.

By submitting content to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

You grant Houcine BEL Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and publish content that you voluntarily submit in connection with the operation, promotion and improvement of the Site and HearOver® products, subject to applicable privacy and consumer protection laws.

We may moderate, refuse or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary, including content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Product and Health Information

HearOver® One is an over-the-counter hearing aid intended for adults 18 years of age and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss.

Information available on the Site regarding hearing, hearing devices, product features or product use is provided for general informational purposes.

Content on the Site is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from an appropriate healthcare or hearing-care professional.

Individual experiences with hearing products may vary. If you experience sudden, severe or unexplained hearing changes, pain, dizziness, discharge or other concerning symptoms, you should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.

8. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and other information displayed on the Site are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur, and information may occasionally contain typographical, technical or other errors. Product availability, specifications and packaging may also change over time.

Purchases made through the Site are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale and other applicable policies.

9. External Links and Third-Party Services

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, delivery services, social networks or other services.

These third parties operate independently from Houcine BEL Limited and may have their own terms, privacy policies and practices.

U.S. consumers retain any mandatory protections available under applicable federal and state law.
