Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through the HearOver® website (the “Site”), operated by Houcine BEL Limited and managed by Nizar Ventures LLC. By placing an order through the Site, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

The Site is managed and administered on behalf of Houcine BEL Limited by Nizar Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
HearOver® products are offered to customers in the United States and other markets where delivery is available.
2. Products
We sell hearing devices, over-the-counter hearing aids and related accessories. HearOver® One is an over-the-counter hearing aid intended for adults 18 years of age and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss.
Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, measurements, colors and other information are provided in good faith and are intended to describe the products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Minor differences may occur between product images displayed on the Site and the product received, including differences caused by manufacturing updates, packaging, screen settings or product revisions.
Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Customers who have concerns about their hearing or experience sudden, severe or unexplained hearing changes should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
3. Prices and Currency
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed to customers in the United States are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable sales taxes, duties or other government-imposed charges may be added where required by law and will be displayed or calculated during checkout where applicable.
We may change product prices at any time. However, once an order has been accepted, the customer will be charged the price presented and accepted at checkout for that order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
4. Promotions and Reference Prices
Promotional prices, discounts and reference prices may be offered from time to time. Any stated regular price, comparison price, discount or promotional offer is subject to the conditions displayed with that offer and applicable U.S. federal and state law.
Promotional offers may be modified, suspended or withdrawn where permitted by law, but this will not affect an order that has already been validly accepted at the applicable promotional price.
5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted. We may review an order before acceptance, including for payment authorization, suspected fraud, stock availability, technical errors or delivery restrictions.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse or cancel an order in cases including:
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- incorrect pricing or product information caused by an obvious error;
- stock unavailability;
- delivery restrictions;
- suspected misuse of promotional offers; or
- other circumstances that make fulfillment reasonably impossible.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers made available during checkout.
Houcine BEL Limited does not directly store complete payment card details where those details are processed by the applicable payment provider.
Orders may be subject to payment authorization and fraud-prevention checks before fulfillment.
7. Delivery
Shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, shipping charges and other delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, during checkout.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs procedures, weather, high-volume periods, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, trial periods, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale or our Refund & Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable U.S. federal or state law.
9. Warranty
Any commercial warranty offered by HearOver® or Houcine BEL Limited applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law, including implied warranties where they cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
The duration, conditions, exclusions and claims procedure applicable to any commercial warranty are described on the Site, in the product documentation or in the applicable warranty policy.
Nothing in a commercial warranty is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Product Use
Customers must use products in accordance with the instructions, warnings and documentation supplied with the product.
Results and individual experiences may vary depending on factors including the user's hearing needs, fit, environment, settings and use of the product.
The Site does not provide medical diagnosis. If you are unsure whether a hearing product is suitable for you, you should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare or hearing-care professional.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Houcine BEL Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or products where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded or restricted, nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable law.
Any limitation contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by the laws applicable to the relevant customer and transaction.
12. Consumer Rights in the United States
U.S. customers may benefit from consumer protection rights under federal law and under the laws of their state of residence.
These Terms are not intended to remove or reduce any mandatory statutory protections that apply to a U.S. consumer.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in the customer's state of residence.
Nothing in this section requires a U.S. consumer to waive any jurisdiction, protection or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection legislation.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business practices or legal requirements.
The version in effect at the time an order is placed will generally govern that purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
