HearOver® products are offered to customers in the United States and other markets where our products and delivery services are available.

We aim to keep the Site available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access.
Access to all or part of the Site may occasionally be suspended, restricted or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security concerns, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

HearOver® offers hearing products and related accessories intended to assist with everyday hearing needs.
HearOver® One is an over-the-counter hearing aid intended for adults 18 years of age and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss.
Information provided on the Site about hearing, hearing products, product features or product use is provided for general informational purposes and is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Information on the Site should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from an appropriate healthcare or hearing-care professional where professional assessment or treatment is required.
Individual experiences and results may vary depending on factors including the user's hearing needs, product fit, settings, listening environment and manner of use.
If you experience sudden or significant hearing loss, hearing loss affecting one ear, ear pain, dizziness, discharge or another concerning symptom, you should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
6. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and availability information displayed on the Site are accurate.
Minor differences may occur between the information or images displayed on the Site and the product received, including differences resulting from product, packaging or manufacturing updates.
Product availability may change without notice. Purchases made through the Site are also subject to our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and any other applicable policies displayed on the Site.
